1. General Shipping Policy

SWARNA BALAS ARTIFACTS is committed to delivering handcrafted and traditional products including Brass Artifacts, Idols, Urli, Lamps & Diyas, Wall Decor, Vintage Collections, Tanjore Art, Wooden Items, Bronze Articles, Silver Items, Marble Dust / Polyresin Items, Furniture, Accessories, and Pooja Essentials safely to your doorstep. All orders are processed and shipped within India through reliable courier and logistics partners.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Customized, made-to-order, or handcrafted items may require additional processing time. Once dispatched, you will receive shipment details and tracking information via email or SMS. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, accessibility, and courier partner coverage. At present, international shipping is not available.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 6–10 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 8–14 business days

These delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to product size, weight, customization requirements, weather conditions, courier delays, or festive seasons.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, packaging, and delivery location.
  • Heavy, oversized, fragile, or furniture items may attract additional shipping or handling charges.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to reflect accurately on the courier partner’s website.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout. If delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, reattempts will be made as per courier policy. Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.

8. Packaging & Quality Assurance

All products are securely packed using protective and shock-resistant materials to prevent damage during transit. Special care is taken for fragile, handcrafted, and metal artifacts. Each order undergoes a quality check before dispatch.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution such as replacement or refund, as applicable.

10. Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address changes are allowed only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address modifications are not possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at the time of checkout.

11. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or regional restrictions. SWARNA BALAS ARTIFACTS shall not be held liable for such delays, but we will keep you informed whenever possible.

12. Return of Undelivered Packages

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated delivery failures, re-dispatch will be initiated only after payment of applicable re-shipping charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.

13. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand our delivery services in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
